Where we deliver

We currently ship across Pakistan via PostEx, covering all major cities and towns nationwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 4 PM or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3-5 business days
  

These are estimates from dispatch, not order date, and can shift during public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays outside our control — we'll always let you know if something's held up.

Shipping cost

Calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Cash on Delivery

If you choose COD, please have the exact order amount ready for the rider. No COD handling fee applies. We ask that COD orders aren't placed unless you're confident you'll be available to receive them — repeated refused deliveries may require future orders to be prepaid.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link and courier confirmation by WhatsApp.

If delivery fails

PostEx will typically attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the parcel to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout — we're not able to redirect a parcel mid-transit once it's dispatched.
