If we got it wrong Wrong item, damaged bottle, or defective product — free replacement or refund.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery: shujascen@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03335510311
  • Include your order number and photos/video of the item and packaging
  • We confirm a replacement or refund within 2 business days

If you've changed your mind Accepted only if the bottle is unopened, unused, seal intact, in original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery. Once opened, we can't accept it back (it can't be resold). Not sure if ALPHA or FANTASY is right for you? WhatsApp us first at 03335510311.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong — that's always on us.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return
  • Cash on Delivery: no card to refund, so we send it via bank transfer — we'll confirm your bank details via WhatsApp or email

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver Across Pakistan via PostEx.

Processing time 1–2 business days from order. Orders placed after 4 PM or on public holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities: 4–7 business days

Estimates run from dispatch, not order date, and can shift with holidays, weather, or courier delays — we'll let you know if something's held up.

Cash on Delivery No COD handling fee. Please have the exact amount ready for the rider. Repeated refused deliveries may require future orders to be prepaid.

Tracking You'll get a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order ships.

If delivery fails PostEx will typically attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the parcel to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout — we can't redirect a parcel mid-transit.
